Penelope Reed QC to speak to the Chancery Bar Association on testamentary capacity

The Chancery Bar Association are holding this seminar, which is entitled Recent Developments in Probate Law. It will be held in the Old Hall in Lincoln's Inn on 4 April 2011 from 5.30 p.m. - 7 p.m. The seminar will be chaired by Mr Justice Norris, a former member of 5 Stone Buildings. Penelope Reed QC will be speaking on issues relating to testamentary capacity.
