The Latest Developments in Family Provision

This 5 Stone Buildings Seminar was held on Tuesday 9th February 2010 at The Irish Club. It was chaired by Paul Hewitt of Withers LLP and the speakers were Tracey Angus, Penelope Reed QC and Anna Clarke. The talks had the following titles: "Spouse Claims and the Divorce Cross Check", "Compromising Claims" and "The Law Commission Reforms". It was repeated on Thursday 22nd April 2010, chaired by Alison Meek of Harcus Sinclair.
